Takshila is driven by the vision of an India whose children are educated, environmentally

vision becomes a reality Takshila has already established nine spectacularly successful

At Takshila, all our efforts are directed towards shaping the future of education

We use a curriculum designed in a manner where we let the child’s imagination going

but the way learning is imparted. Classes at Takshila are not restricted to text

Classes at Takshila are not replicas of each other but are customized by the teachers

after lot of research & experiment by a dedicated team of professionals from all

It’s an enormous decision of entrusting a school with the future of a child. So
is it for the school. At Takshila, a dedicated team of educationists and researchers
continuously work round the clock on academics and its deliverance methods. Education
is infused with latest technological innovations. Students are encouraged to think
and not just taught. Rote learning is discouraged and application-based learning
is imbibed. Thematic teaching is the keyword as we believe in delivering knowledge
that is seamless and does not view subjects in straitjacketed manner. Continual
improvement is a mantra we follow religiously.
Co-curricular activities form an integral part of the daily regimen. Performing
and visual arts, sports and games, excursions and activities are given equal importance
and every student is encouraged to pursue his interest through various clubs. We

Takshila & Community
Takshila envisages itself as a community centric hub contributing its resources
towards the betterment of the society. Takshila School will play diverse roles throughout
the working day. Mornings will be devoted to the pursuit of teaching and learning
for its students. Afternoon will be reserved for in house teacher’s training and
continuous improvement. Evenings will be the time when Takshila’s resources will
be offered for constructive use to the community.
Takshila will encourage people to use its computer facility and library for reskilling
themselves. The open air auditorium will come alive with workshops for theater,
music and dance.
Takshila School wants to play a proactive role in nurturing and protecting the environment.
To achieve this Takshila School will be an environment friendly space and conduct
regular workshops and seminars for involving local denizens and making them aware.
